Websites that bring in work, and custom software that runs it — designed, built, and kept running for you. Packages start at $2,500.
Each product is purpose-built with AI at its core — not bolted on as an afterthought.
A complete platform for elevator service companies — find the work, win it, then run it. Prospecting and AI lead scoring through to contracts, dispatch, job costing, and invoicing. Technicians carry the same system into the field.
The day’s jobs, guided checklists, job-site photos and full unit history — in hand, on site, and working without signal. Before a technician starts, the app reads back what the unit has done before.

From a marketing site that brings in work to the internal tools that run it — designed, built, and kept running.
A custom site that loads fast, reads well on a phone, and is built to be found. Deployed on managed cloud hosting with SSL and your own domain.
Hosting, certificates, backups, uptime monitoring, security patching, and content edits under one monthly agreement. Your site stays current without you thinking about it.
Enquiry forms that reach you the moment they are submitted, and automated follow-up that keeps a lead warm until you can call. Sent on dedicated, authenticated infrastructure — not a rented mailing tool.
An assistant on your site trained on your services, pricing, and policies. It answers customer questions, qualifies enquiries, and books calls outside business hours.
Job tracking, quoting, scheduling, and inventory built around how your business already works. Replaces the spreadsheet that only one person understands.
Your operational data in one place, with the numbers that actually drive decisions on the front page. Connects the systems you already run rather than replacing them.
Most AI advice starts with the technology and looks for somewhere to put it. We start with your week, and we are happy to tell you when the answer is that nothing here is worth building yet.
We look at how the business actually runs: where the hours go, which decisions get made the same way every week, and what data you are already sitting on. You get back a written recommendation naming the two or three places AI would pay for itself, what each would cost to build, and, just as usefully, the places it would not be worth it. $1,500, fixed, and the recommendation is yours whether or not we build any of it.
We build the parts worth building and fit them into the systems you already use, rather than asking you to move to something new. Same terms as the rest of our work: a fixed scope agreed up front, a fixed price, and it is running in production when we hand it over.
Smarterlift is our platform for elevator service companies, built with Southwest Cabs Elevator Services, a Texas elevator contractor, rather than in a vacuum. It uses AI in production every day: scoring which buildings are worth a call, drafting proposals, summarising what happened on a site visit, and triaging its own operational alerts before anyone reads them.
That is the whole argument for the assessment. We know which of those were worth building because we built them against a real operation, with real consequences for getting it wrong, and we know which ideas we dropped along the way.
We move fast without cutting corners. A website is usually live within weeks; a custom build takes as long as it takes, and you get that number in writing before you commit. Starting with an AI assessment instead? That is step one and two, then you decide whether there is a step three.
Answer a few questions in the form, or just email us. No call to schedule and no sales pitch — we would rather read what you need than talk around it.
You receive a written proposal — what gets built, which services are involved, timeline, and a fixed price. No surprises. No hourly billing. Everything agreed upfront.
You see something working early and keep seeing it, whatever the size of the job. Real data and real functionality, not mockups. A five-page site is a couple of weeks; a custom build with integrations is longer, and your proposal said which before you agreed to anything.
We deploy to production, configure your domain, and hand over the keys, including the accounts and the access. Optional monthly care keeps it running, patched and improving after launch.
Most work we do falls into a handful of shapes, so it is priced up front. Anything genuinely custom is quoted after a scoping conversation — with a fixed price, not an hourly meter.
Designed and built once. Yours to keep.
A professional presence for a business that needs to be found and contacted. Typically live in two to three weeks.
For a business using the site to generate work, not just to exist. Everything in Launch, plus the parts that convert.
Software rather than a website — customer logins, internal tools, dashboards, or an integration between systems that do not talk.
Optional. A site we build is yours whether or not you take a plan.
Keeps the site online, current, and secure. For a site that is largely settled.
For a site that keeps changing — new services, new pages, seasonal campaigns.
Bolt on to any package, or to a site you already have.
A written recommendation naming where AI would pay for itself in your business, what each piece would cost to build, and where it would not be worth it. Yours to keep whether or not we build any of it.
Trained on your services and policies. Answers questions and books calls after hours.
Enquiry routing plus an automated follow-up sequence on dedicated sending infrastructure.
Uptime checks, certificate expiry alerts, and security patching for a site we did not build.
Answer a few questions about the business and what you want the site to bring in. You get back a written scope — what would be built, which package it lands in, and a fixed price. No call to book, no obligation to take it.

We don't just build software — we build solutions that solve real problems for real businesses. Every product is built on AWS infrastructure, powered by the latest AI models, and designed with the end user in mind.
Practical thinking on AI, software development, and building tools that actually work for trade service companies.
Four states publish public elevator compliance data — and 314,000+ units sit in those registries. Most elevator service companies do not know how to use it. Here is how we built a platform that turns that data into a sorted sales queue, nationwide.
When you are running real production AI workloads — Aurora, Lambda, Bedrock — for under $300/month without sacrificing scalability, that is not an accident. Here is the architecture behind Smarterlift and why serverless is the right choice for vertical SaaS.
Salesforce is worth $200B. ServiceTitan is worth $9B. Toast is worth $12B. They all did the same thing — took a horizontal tool and rebuilt it for one specific industry. Here is why that model works every time.
